Can simple voice exercises fix damaged vocal cords?

Summary
This study is testing whether a specific voice therapy technique can reduce harmful pressure on the vocal cords to help heal injuries and improve voice quality. Researchers will measure pressure changes and scan the throat in 60 adults with vocal cord lesions before and after four weeks of therapy. The goal is to understand exactly how voice exercises work to heal these common voice injuries.
