First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at how voice therapy works for people with vocal fold lesions (like nodules) caused by voice overuse. Researchers want to see if specific exercises actually lower the pressure when vocal cords collide. 60 adults aged 18-40 with these lesions will be studied before and after voice therapy to measure changes in voice handicap and lesion severity.
