Your voice may reveal hidden brain risks from cancer treatment

NCT ID NCT07249528

First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study is testing whether daily voice recordings made on a smartphone can help doctors spot early signs of a brain-related side effect called ICANS in people receiving CAR T-cell therapy for lymphoma or multiple myeloma. About 20 participants will record their voice twice a day and complete short brain-function tests. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and could lead to a simple, non-invasive monitoring tool.
