Summary
This study tested two treatments for vocal nodules (non-cancerous growths on the vocal cords caused by voice overuse) in 50 adult women. One group received a steroid injection directly into the nodule, while the other group underwent a special voice therapy technique called the Accent method. The goal was to see which approach better improves voice quality and reduces symptoms like hoarseness.
