Steroid shot or voice lessons? new study settles best fix for sore throat nodules

This study tested two treatments for vocal nodules (non-cancerous growths on the vocal cords caused by voice overuse) in 50 adult women. One group received steroid injections directly into the nodules, while the other group underwent a special voice therapy technique called the Accent method. The goal was to see which treatment better improves voice quality and reduces nodule size. The trial has been completed, and results will show which approach works best for people who need their voice for work.
