Scarless surgery may beat laparoscopy for large uterus removal

Summary
This study compares a newer, scarless surgical technique called vNOTES (done through the vagina with a tiny camera) to standard laparoscopic hysterectomy for women with large, non-cancerous uteri. About 200 participants will be tracked for 6 weeks after surgery to see which method causes fewer complications like infections, bleeding, or organ injury. The goal is to find a safer, less painful option for this common gynecologic surgery.
