Summary

This study tests a new daily pill, VLS-1488, for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. About 200 participants with specific cancers like ovarian, lung, or breast cancer will receive the drug to see if it is safe and shrinks tumors. The goal is to find the right dose and check for early signs of cancer control.
