Summary
This study looks at 20 adults in Ethiopia who have both HIV and visceral leishmaniasis (a serious parasitic disease). Researchers want to find out why the parasite keeps coming back in some patients and how to better monitor treatment. Participants provide samples and attend follow-up visits, but no new treatment is tested.
