Summary
This study follows 20 adults in Ethiopia who have both HIV and visceral leishmaniasis (a serious parasitic disease). Researchers want to understand why the parasite persists and causes repeat infections. They will analyze host and pathogen factors to improve treatment monitoring. Participants must have confirmed infections and agree to follow-up visits.
