Summary
This study tested a new daily oral medication, VK2735, to help with weight management. It involved 280 adults who were obese or overweight with at least one related health condition, like high blood pressure. Participants took either the drug or a placebo pill for 13 weeks to see how much weight they lost and how safe the treatment was.
