Summary
This study tested a new daily pill called VK2735 to see if it helps people lose weight. It involved 280 adults who were obese or overweight with at least one related health issue, like high blood pressure. Participants took either the pill or a placebo (a dummy pill) for 13 weeks to compare weight loss results.
