Could a simple blood test predict your Vitiligo's future?
NCT ID NCT07298551
Summary
This study aims to create a tool to better predict how vitiligo will progress and respond to treatment. Researchers will collect blood samples from 100 people with vitiligo and 25 healthy people to measure specific immune system markers called cytokines. By tracking these markers over time and comparing them to skin repigmentation and quality of life, they hope to build a model that helps doctors make more informed treatment decisions.
