Summary

This study aims to create a model using a panel of 12 immune-signaling proteins (cytokines) in the blood to predict whether vitiligo will worsen or improve with treatment. Researchers will enroll 125 adults with vitiligo and a healthy comparison group. The goal is to find objective markers that help doctors choose the right treatment at the right time, reducing guesswork and improving outcomes.
