Vitamins and supplements tested to boost heart surgery recovery

Summary
This study tests whether adding Vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids, and other supplements to standard care can improve recovery in 108 adults after coronary artery bypass surgery. Participants will take the supplements daily for 10 weeks starting 15 days after surgery. The goal is to see if this combination reduces complications and improves well-being.
