Common vitamin could ease debilitating migraines
NCT ID NCT05943457
Summary
This study is testing whether vitamin K2 supplements can help reduce how often people get migraines and make them less severe. Researchers will give 160 adults with frequent migraines either vitamin K2 or a placebo pill for six months to compare results. They're focusing on vitamin K2 because it might improve blood vessel health, which could be connected to migraine frequency.
