First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking vitamin K2 supplements for 6 months can lower the number of migraine days per month in adults with episodic migraine. Researchers will also check if it improves artery stiffness, which is often higher in people with migraines. About 160 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either vitamin K2 or a placebo. The goal is to find a simple, safe supplement option to ease migraine symptoms.
