Summary

This study tests whether high doses of vitamin D3 can improve asthma control and reduce severe attacks in adolescents aged 12-17 who have obesity, asthma, and low vitamin D levels. Participants receive either a single high dose plus daily supplements or a lower daily dose for three months. The goal is to see if vitamin D can ease symptoms and improve lung function.
