Vitamin d trial aims to restore periods in teens with PCOS

Summary

This study looks at whether vitamin D supplements can improve menstrual cycles and mood in teenage girls with PCOS who also have low vitamin D. About 60 girls aged 13-21 will receive either vitamin D or a placebo for 6 months. The goal is to see if vitamin D helps restore regular periods and improves overall well-being.
