NCT ID NCT05431920
Summary
This study is testing whether giving higher doses of vitamin D can help control asthma in teenagers who are obese and have low vitamin D levels. Researchers will compare a high-dose regimen to a standard dose to see if it reduces asthma symptoms and flare-ups over three months. The goal is to see if correcting vitamin D deficiency can be a helpful addition to asthma management for this specific group.
