Summary
This study looked at whether giving a single high dose of vitamin C through a vein, along with nerve blocks, could help reduce pain and soreness after total knee replacement surgery. 73 adults aged 50 to 80 took part. The goal was to see if this combination improves early recovery and lessens the need for strong painkillers.
