Vitamin c trial aims to boost quality of life for lung cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether adding intravenous vitamin C to standard chemotherapy can improve quality of life for people with incurable non-small cell lung cancer. About 90 adults with stage IIIB or IV lung cancer will receive either vitamin C or a placebo alongside their usual treatment. The main goal is to see if vitamin C helps patients feel better and reduces chemotherapy side effects.
