Summary

This study is testing whether adding high-dose vitamin C given through an IV can improve outcomes for adults with a serious type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. All 90 participants will receive the vitamin C infusions along with the standard treatment of radiation and chemotherapy. Researchers will track how long patients live, how long the cancer stays controlled, and their quality of life to see if the vitamin C makes a difference.
