Summary
This study looks at how vitamin C supplements change the bacteria living in your gut. Twenty-three healthy adults will take a moderate dose (200 mg) and then a high dose (1000 mg) of vitamin C daily for two weeks each. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, short-chain fatty acids, and inflammation markers from stool, blood, and urine samples.
