Summary
This study is testing if a special vitamin B injection can reduce pain and improve quality of life for people with diabetic nerve damage. It will compare the injection to a standard vitamin B shot in 200 adults with long-term diabetic nerve pain. The main goal is to see if the new formula provides better relief from symptoms like pain, numbness, and tingling over 12 weeks.
