Summary
This study aimed to see if giving children a vitamin A supplement at the same time as their routine pneumococcal and hepatitis A vaccines could improve their body's immune response. It involved 22 healthy children between 1 and 4 years old. The trial was terminated early, and its main goal was to gather knowledge about how nutrition might affect vaccine effectiveness.
