Summary

This study looks at whether home-based exercise and nutrition programs can improve memory, thinking, and physical abilities in older adults (65+) who have finished cancer treatment. About 1,500 cancer survivors and their support partners will either follow a program with virtual coaching or do it on their own for 6 months. The goal is to find a practical way to help survivors stay sharp and active.
