This study aims to develop a simple decision tool for physical therapists to know when they should check vital signs like heart rate and blood pressure during outpatient therapy. Researchers will survey 100 experienced physical therapists over three rounds to agree on which signs and symptoms make checking vitals important. The goal is to improve patient safety and guide treatment without unnecessary checks.
