Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app, combined with training and support, can help older adults (65+) feel more socially connected and less lonely. One hundred participants either use the app with guidance or join a waitlist. The study measures changes in social support, loneliness, and well-being over 4 months, with a 2-month follow-up.
