Summary

This study looks at how vision loss changes the way people move and think during everyday tasks like walking and finding objects. Researchers will test a wearable system called VIS4ION that gives touch and sound cues to help people with low vision navigate more easily. The study involves 150 adults aged 18 to 80, including both people with visual impairment and healthy controls. The goal is to understand the challenges of visual impairment and see if this technology can improve independence and quality of life.
