New prism glasses could help people with tunnel vision see more

Summary
This study tests special prism glasses designed to expand the side vision of people with tunnel vision or hemianopia (loss of half their visual field). About 20 participants will try different prism designs during several visits to see which works best for spotting obstacles while walking. The goal is to find the best design for future larger trials.
