First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether temporarily taking away the team leader's vision during a medical emergency simulation helps the team perform better. The leader relies on verbal communication from the team instead of seeing the situation. Researchers will measure teamwork and clinical skills right after and three months later. The study involves 54 participants who are doctors, interns, and nurses with at least two years of experience.
