Summary
This study is testing a new type of balance training that uses visual guidance to help people recover after ACL knee surgery. It will compare this new training to standard rehabilitation exercises to see if it improves knee strength, walking patterns, and confidence in movement. The goal is to help patients recover more completely and get closer to the function of a healthy knee.
