Can a 15-Minute eye exercise fix your balance?

NCT ID NCT07380256

Summary

This study aims to understand if a short, non-invasive balance-training exercise is safe and helpful for adults who have vision problems, whether or not they also have inner-ear balance issues. Researchers will compare 100 adults with vision problems alone to those with both vision and balance problems to see how they respond. The main goal is to learn if this specific eye-movement training improves balance, walking, and reflexes, and if it causes only mild, temporary side effects.
