Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new treatment for aggressive brain tumors that have returned after standard therapy. The treatment involves directly injecting a specially engineered virus into the tumor. The virus is designed to infect and kill cancer cells while also stimulating the patient's own immune system to attack the tumor.
