Summary
This early-phase study tests a specially modified virus that is injected directly into pancreatic tumors during an endoscopic procedure. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the virus can attack cancer cells without harming healthy tissue. The trial enrolls 18 adults with pancreatic adenocarcinoma that has not spread beyond the pancreas and nearby lymph nodes.
