Scientists test virus that hunts and kills bladder cancer cells

NCT ID NCT07359235

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new treatment called KD01, which is a modified virus designed to infect and destroy bladder cancer cells. It is given directly into the bladder of patients with high-risk non-muscle-invasive or muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe, what dose is tolerable, and if it shows any early signs of shrinking tumors.
