Summary
This study looks at whether a urine test can help doctors check the health of a kidney transplant in children. Researchers will measure certain markers in urine samples from 445 kids aged 2 to 18 who have had a kidney transplant. The goal is to find a noninvasive way to detect rejection or other problems, potentially reducing the need for needle biopsies.
