Summary

This study is testing a special bone graft called Virtuos in people having spinal fusion surgery for degenerative disc disease. The graft is made from donated human cells and is meant to help the bones in the spine fuse together better. About 150 adults will take part, and researchers will check if the fusion is successful and if patients have less pain and disability.
