Summary
This study tests whether a virtual home rehabilitation program helps stroke survivors in underserved Texas communities recover better than usual care alone. About 80 participants will use a tablet-based program to improve daily activities and mobility. The goal is to make rehab more accessible and understand how social factors affect recovery.
