Virtual therapy aims to ease Teens' fear of weight gain in anorexia

Summary
This small pilot study is testing a virtual therapy program for teens with anorexia nervosa. The goal is to help participants reduce their intense anxiety about weight gain and eating through guided, weekly online sessions. Sixteen teens will receive 20 free therapy sessions, which involve facing their fears in a controlled way with support from a therapist and a parent.
