Summary
This study tests a 6-session virtual program designed to prevent chronic emotional distress in both people with young-onset dementia and their care partners. The program brings patients and partners together to build coping skills, mindfulness, and resilience. Researchers aim to improve wellbeing and quality of life for both members of the care team.
