Summary
This study tested an online training program designed to help outdoor workers prevent skin cancer. The program, called SSW Works, teaches employers and employees about sun protection practices like wearing sunscreen, protective clothing, and seeking shade. Researchers enrolled 543 participants from workplaces across the country to see if the virtual training improved sun safety habits over one year.
