Summary

This study tested whether a one-hour virtual crisis planning session could help prevent suicide in teens. It involved 57 adolescents who were actively thinking about suicide. Researchers compared the virtual session to an in-person version and standard care to see which was more practical and effective at reducing suicidal thoughts over two weeks.
