First seen May 06, 2026 ยท Last updated May 06, 2026
Summary
This study tested a virtual program called FED-F for adults with anorexia who recently finished intensive treatment. The program uses exposure therapy and skills training to help people face fears about food, weight gain, body sensations, and social situations. Researchers compared FED-F to usual care in 70 participants to see if it reduces relapse risk and improves approach behaviors.
