Can video games help Parkinson's patients walk better?

Summary

This study compares virtual reality exercises to standard physical therapy for people with Parkinson's disease. About 62 participants aged 45-65 will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. Researchers will measure balance, mobility, and fall risk to see which approach works better.
