NCT ID NCT07572344
First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether virtual reality (VR) training can improve physical skills and brain activity in young professional football players. Thirty-nine male players aged 18-19 were split into VR training, traditional training, or a control group. The VR group did exercises using VR apps designed to improve coordination, strength, and thinking, while the others did the same exercises without VR. Researchers measured balance, sprint speed, muscle strength, and brain waves before and after the training to see if VR offered extra benefits.
