Summary
This study tests a new program that combines virtual reality (VR) training with real-world practice to help stroke survivors walk more confidently and participate in community activities. Forty chronic stroke survivors will use VR goggles to navigate a virtual shopping mall and streets, plus practice walking in real settings with family support. The goal is to see if this low-cost, tailored approach improves walking ability and community participation.
