Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether using immersive virtual reality (VR) headsets is a safe and practical way to help people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. It aims to see if practicing tasks in realistic VR simulations can improve thinking skills, reduce certain symptoms, and help with daily functioning. The study compares a group receiving the VR training to a group receiving their usual care.
