Summary

This study tests a home-based virtual reality system (MUVITY) to help people who had a stroke 3-12 months ago improve their movement and quality of life. 322 participants will either use the VR system with remote therapist guidance or receive standard exercise instructions. The goal is to see if VR rehab boosts motor function, adherence, and well-being better than usual care.
