Summary
This study compared virtual reality-assisted walking and balance exercises to standard physical therapy in 20 people with Parkinson's disease. Participants were aged 60-80 and had mild to moderate symptoms. The goal was to see if the high-tech approach improved gait and balance more than traditional methods. Results were measured after 21 sessions over about 50 days.
