Summary
This study compares two innovative therapies—immersive virtual reality and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)—against standard physical therapy for improving quality of life in people who had a stroke at least six months ago. Participants will complete 12 sessions over four weeks, focusing on the sit-to-stand movement. The goal is to see if these approaches lead to better daily function and well-being.
